Processing Times

All stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted if an item is Out of Stock and informed of the new delivery timeframe. Custom and personalized products require 15-18 business days for production before shipping. Shipping timeframe will be provide at the time the custom item is purchased

Delivery Timeframes: Between 1-15 business days for Standard Shipping depending on your location.
Cost: Flat rate shipping costs apply and can be calculated for your specific location at Checkout
Important: We can deliver to PO Boxes.
Responsibility: The Back 9 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an item has been shipped.

Responsibility for Import Duties: All duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax agent for accurate rates and charges.

Delays: The Back 9 is not responsible for delays caused by domestic or international carriers or customs once an item has been shipped. We also cannot refund items that arrive later than estimated due to uncontrollable shipping delays.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping information is complete and up-to-date. The Back 9 is not responsible for delays or mis-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to correct it before the item is shipped.
Delays & Transit Issues: Once an item has been shipped, The Back 9 is no longer responsible for any delays or issues that arise in transit. In the event of a delayed parcel, we recommend contacting the courier directly with the tracking details provided to open an investigation.
